BrazenMedia, LLC has the following policies in place to insure fair business practices and quality assurance. If you have any questions about our policies please contact us. Before starting a Web development or design project the customer will be required to read and agree to the following policies with a signature.

General Disclaimer

This site and its contents are provided "as is" and BrazenMedia, LLC makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to this site or any site or service accessible through this site. Customer agrees that it shall hold BrazenMedia, LLC harmless and not accountable for any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys fees asserted against BrazenMedia, LLC, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to hold harmless and not accountable BrazenMedia, LLC against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with BrazenMedia, LLC's product; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.

Digital Marketing Services Policies

All new one-time digital marketing services projects require a deposit of half the entire invoice total upfront before any design work can begin. The remainder of the balance will be paid within 30 days after the site is complete. One-time services are defined as one time payments that are not recurring, or monthly.

BrazenMedia, LLC reserves the right to cancel a project at anytime if the final balance is not paid in full within 30 days of completion. The remainder of the balance on the project will be billed if it is not paid on time, and will be expected to be paid immediately or will be sent to collection.

Once the contact is agreed upon and the client enters the deployment stage of the project, there is no refund for work. BrazenMedia, LLC reserves the right to keep the initial deposit for reimbursement of time spent if a project is not to be completed.

Payment Policies

We will send invoices via PayPal for all work. Payments are preferred to be made via PayPal, but we do accept payment in the form of a money order, or cashiers check. No personal checks are accepted at this time. Make payments payable to: BrazenMedia, LLC.

Privacy Policy

BrazenMedia, LLC believes in the confidentiality of its customers and will not share or sell any information to other companies or individuals.

We will not sell, rent, or share any information collected on our site with other companies and individuals for marketing purposes.

BrazenMedia, LLC does not collect any information from its users other than the basic information contained in the log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, OS type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

BrazenMedia, LLC may also collect information on how our users are utilizing the site. This might include information regarding traffic patterns through the site and search queries.

BrazenMedia, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites that we link to. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected and presented on this site.

General Policies

No refunds will be issued for any Digital Marketing Services projects after the work is completed and accepted by the client.

BrazenMedia, LLC does not guarantee the success of a Web site in terms of the amount of traffic or the position rankings a site has in the search engines it is submitted to UNLESS an SEO services package was purchased.

BrazenMedia, LLC reserves the right to turn down any potential project.

Before starting a new project, all potential clients must sign a copy of our contract and either email the signed portion back before we can begin work.
